Editorial principles

Every public FoxyCorp or product page starts with a real job: who owns the site, which workflow the product helps, or which fact the reader came to check. We favor primary documentation. Vendor language is a claim until it is verified. Dates belong on anything that can change: prices, plan limits, statutes, firmware, and model names.

Experience

We do not publish invented hands-on stories. If a page depends on using a product, the limitation of that test is stated. If a page is a company identity page, it does not pretend to be a lab review. Experience is shown by operating the properties we list and by keeping the people who ship pages close to the category.

Expertise

One category per domain. Kitchen depth stays on FoxyChef. GEO depth stays on FoxyGEO. Credit sequencing stays on Credit for Newcomers. When a topic does not fit a host, we leave it unpublished rather than opening a junk drawer. Cross-links between sister sites are allowed when they help a reader; they are not a substitute for putting the article on the right host.

Authoritativeness

foxycorp.org is the Organization. Product sites may say they are a FoxyCorp product. This host lists the eight URLs in the map and in structured data. We do not borrow another company’s “as seen in” wall, and we do not mint fake experts. Authority here is ownership plus a trail of dated, sourced pages.

Trustworthiness

Material errors are corrected in public with a new updated date. Affiliate or commercial relationships, when they exist on a product site, must be disclosed next to the relevant link. This company landing currently contains no affiliate tracking links. Adult brands stay off this host so a mainstream citation does not inherit the wrong SafeSearch neighborhood.

Use of AI in publishing

AI may assist with outlines, compression, or editing. A human editor remains responsible for sources, claims, examples, links, and the decision to publish. We do not generate fake customers, fake screenshots of tests we did not run, or fake personal biographies.

Update standard

Last-updated dates mean an editor reviewed or changed the page. They are not automatic timestamps. Company pages should be reviewed when the product map, legal entity language, or E-E-A-T rules change. Product pages follow their own review cadence when prices, specs, or laws change.

Commercial independence

Paying us does not buy a square on the company grid or a ranking on a product site. Guest posts whose purpose is a link are rejected. A vendor may send a factual source; they do not approve the conclusion.

Corrections

Send a URL, a quoted statement, and a primary source. Impact comes first: a wrong owner, a wrong price, a wrong legal claim, or a wrong safety step is reviewed before a tone complaint. Judgments labeled as judgments are not automatically rewritten because a vendor prefers another adjective. The same bar applies on this company host: if we misstate who owns a site, that is a material error and gets a new updated date. A style preference is not an error, and a missing keyword is not a reason to blur two products onto one domain.
